Native Houstonian Caycee Black makes a personal appearance at Tootsies on Thursday, August 27 from 2 – 5pm to introduce her fall 2009 line. The Parsons School of Design alum’s style is inspired by her passion for ballet and painting. Her background as a former ballerina shines through in her graceful but edgy designs while her artistic side is seen through her use of shadowy palettes. Upcoming Tootsies trunk shows:
